Description
Ferrous Sulfide Scale Remover
Ferrous sulfide composite scale remover is suitable for scale and blockage removal in oil and gas wells with high hydrogen sulfide gas content, as well as in the pipelines. In the wells with high levels of hydrogen sulfide gas, iron ions in the formation also react with hydrogen sulfide to form soluble ferrous sulfide scale. Hydrogen sulfide reacts with carbon steel materials in wells to form ferrous sulfide scale. Carbonate scale and silicate scale are also easily generated in the formation and the pipelines. So, the scale in the formation is a composite scale of ferrous sulfide scale, carbonate scale, and silicate scale. If acidic cleaning agents are used to remove the scale, a large amount of hydrogen sulfide gas will inevitably be generated. This remover can effectively remove this type of ferrous sulfide composite scale without generating hydrogen sulfide gas, and can avoid accidents such as combustion and explosion of ferrous sulfide scale in air and poisoning of hydrogen sulfide gas.
Applications:
Ø For scale removal and blockage removal in oil and gas field injection production.
Ø For scale removal and blockage removal in oil field water drive, gas drive, chemical drive, and ternary composite drive injection production.
Ø For cleaning and descaling ferrous sulfide scale, carbonate scale, and silicate scale in oil and gas fields.
